Cardi can also be quite independent, and she’s content to play with her toys, relax on her bed, or quietly keep you company while you’re busy. She is house trained and crate trained, often going into her crate to sleep during the day.

While Cardi can be slow to warm up, she bonds deeply with her people and is incredibly loyal once trust is established. She gives “hugs” when she’s excited (literally wraps her legs around your waist) and will rub her face on her people’s legs.

This sweet pup likes to engage on her own terms, so she’d do best in a home without young children and as the only pet.
